I grew up in a household where my parents prioritized protecting the family, saving for needs and wants, as well as planning for retirement. In 2010, I decided to take the leap to educate and work with others on their financial goals.

What to expect when working with me-

Like many of life's pursuits, you may stumble and fall on your way to financial success. You will want someone who knows what is important to you. We evaluate your financial life to see how it all fits, and how to protect you and your family from the unknowns. We will work together to address key needs, consider tax strategies and find ways to help fill any gaps that could keep you from pursuing the lifestyle you want, and I will help prepare you for whatever life brings - both the expected and the unexpected. We will have regular meetings to track your goals, progress and investments.

I would love to sit with you for a complimentary initial consultation to start you on your path of financial confidence. Here at The Investment Center at Community First Bank, we are "First For You."

“Do something today that your future self will thank you for.” Sean Patrick Flanery

Community Participation

I have been involved in my communities with local Chambers, community event committees, hospital board, local scholarship board, local foundation board, and Make-A-Wish of Wisconsin. I also have been active in my church.

Interests

I am very blessed with an amazing husband, Steve, two wonderful sons and a daughter-in-law. Now that my sons are grown, any time I am able to have all of us together, it is the most treasured time. I also have three dogs that keep life interesting.

I love to be on the water - boating, kayaking and fishing. I love to travel with my family, and girlfriends.

I joined the Investment Center at Community First Bank in 2022 because I wanted to help others with their financial future. I feel fortunate that my parents taught me the importance of saving for my future and my family's future as well as saving for unexpected expenses and my retirement.  I earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and I came into this position with years of experience in higher education and fundraising. I enjoyed working with individuals who wanted to give back and help others with financial gifts. I look forward to working with people in this position to help educate them on options to save for either their next vacation, their child’s education, their retirement or for gifts that will benefit others.

I love living and working in Southwest Wisconsin. I am proud to work for an institution that is engrained in the communities we serve. I am a founding member of the Ladies Leadership of Southwest Wisconsin, a group that plans networking and learning opportunities for women in this region. I also proudly serve on the Belmont School Board, the Belmont Excellence in Education Fund board, I help keep our church looking beautiful in Belmont and I will be a certified yoga instructor in 2023.

My husband, Joe, and I have two children and we enjoy their active lives and love to travel with them.

Please reach out to me with any questions. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
